Terms of Service

By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Open House Flyer Now provides tools for mortgage and real estate professionals to organize property information, prepare marketing flyers, model user-entered financing scenarios, and export materials. The Service is a marketing and workflow tool. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, underwriting, appraisal, real estate brokerage, or lending advice, and it does not replace a Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, rate lock, lender approval, or other official disclosure or document.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the Service to violate advertising, lending, fair housing, licensing, privacy, consumer-protection, or other applicable requirements. You are solely responsible for reviewing every flyer, loan scenario, disclosure, image, and other output before distribution.

Unlimited access is offered at $19 per month or $199 per year, plus applicable taxes, unless a different price is clearly presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled before the next renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the subscription fee and applicable taxes at the start of each billing period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and generally leaves access available through the end of the paid billing period. Account access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable and non-creditable after payment, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation prevents future monthly renewal charges when completed before the next billing date.

You retain ownership of the information, images, logos, and other content you upload or enter into the Service. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and use your content. The Service, its software, templates, styling, trademarks, and proprietary workflow logic remain our property or the property of our licensors.

Property data, payment estimates, loan-cost estimates, and other outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or based on information you provide. You must independently verify all data and ensure compliance with applicable law, investor, lender, brokerage, company, licensing, and advertising requirements. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of any third-party data source, property image, financial estimate, or export result.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, data, intellectual property, or legal compliance, including for suspected fraud, abuse, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Open House Flyer Now and its affiliates, providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
